Although you spend in court for half a day, waiting for a meeting, always come to the courthouse at least 10 minutes before the start.
Many former colleagues "in the shop" didn't adhere to it and there were a variety of incidents.

The court in the region, arrived one hour before court, the Client in connection with the good weather I wanted to stand on the street and not to go to the courthouse. In the end, without the 10 minute meeting, I make the first attempts to go inside to make sure that it all starts in 10 minutes.
The client insists on continuing the important conversation on the street in another case, we had to violate ethics to exclude the possibility of any joint.
In 5 minutes I get to the courtroom, and I understand that the court has a different judge, in 15 seconds I know what our process will be in the same room (same room), but in the building across the street. It turned out that the court is divided into two identical housing that does not clear from the judicial act and the court's website (only with in-depth study of all of the pages).
In the end 5 minutes was enough to catch a session, the Client at the end said, "everyone should do his own thing", that the principle is true.
So never take a risk, even if You allow into the process late, all around (including) the customer will understand that You are not a Pro, but an ordinary man in a tie with the neglect of greater things.
