Client: Gambramedical - Russia's largest supplier of Swedish medical equipment.
Problem: Saab has filed for a major medical company in the Moscow arbitration court the statement of claim on non-payment of the delivered goods (medical equipment and supplies).
Our work in the project:
Despite the very large amount of recovery (8 million Euros) and a full set of notarized translated documents, we were able to prove that the plaintiff has no right of claim to our Client.
