Drawing up an investment contract in the framework of PPP
Client: private entrepreneur in the Moscow region.
Problem: Individual entrepreneur faced with the problem of a well-written Investment agreement in the framework of Public - Private Partnership (PPP).
Our work in the project:
Lawyers Sparta Consulting has participated in negotiations with the Administration (municipality), where he represented the interests of the Client. From a rather crude and clumsy agreement we were able to achieve from the “officials” more flexible, rational, and specific text.
The result: Our Customer after developing and concluding this agreement at this point takes it without any legal problems on their own without additional costs for lawyers.
