Optimization of the tax burden on available land plots
Client: Management company of industrial objects on the territory of the city of Moscow.
Problem: due To the massive “revaluation” of the cadastral value, from the Client there is a need to optimize the tax burden on the available land.
Our work in the project:
Thanks to a developed system of partners, valuation of land, our Company has managed in the pretrial order to reduce the cadastral value of land (and consequently the tax on it).
The result: the Property benefits the Client more than 70 million rubles.
